YAHAM NA LLC (www.yahamna.com) is the only legal
and official subsidiary of YAHAM in North America.
Any other entities operating under similar names
are not affiliated with YAHAM or our manufacturing
facilities in any capacity.

2.  YAHAM’s Policy on Project Bidding
YAHAM as a manufacturing factory does not directly
bid on end-user projects. In North America,
we operate exclusively through our authorized
distributors. We urge end clients to carefully

they are working with legitimate representatives
of YAHAM products.
